Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Gr8 IT Deals, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
  • To cancel an order, contact our customer support at support@gr8itdeals.com.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

  • For Buyers: If the received product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • For Sellers: If a buyer returns an item due to a valid reason, the refund amount will be deducted from your seller account.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

3. Return Process

  • To request a return, email support@gr8itdeals.com with order details and supporting images (if applicable).
  • The item must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Returns due to “change of mind” will not be accepted.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items sold as “Final Sale” or “As-Is”.
  • Digital goods or downloadable content.
  • Items that have been modified or used beyond normal inspection.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, the buyer will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Dispute Resolution
